Is there anything more refreshing than a fruit sorbet? What about a frozen cocktail! There are thousands of ways to savour a great Rachelli Demeter sorbet but we recommend three in particular that will absolutely amaze your guests.

 

1 – Strawberry and red berry drink

 

Ingredients

  • Sparkling water
  • Rachelli Demeter Strawberry Sorbet
  • Red berry juice
  • Lemon
  • Ice cubes
 

Preparation

Place two or three ice cubes in a cocktail glass, then add 1/3 Rachelli Demeter Strawberry Sorbet, 1/3 juice and 1/3 sparkling water. Mix well. Take the lemon and slice it. Make a cut on one of the slices and place it on the edge of the cocktail glass. Add one or more straws as you wish and serve. This super-fresh and sweet drink will liven up any evening!

 

2 – Grapefruit and raspberry flavoured freshness

 

Ingredients

  • Grapefruit juice
  • Rachelli Demeter Raspberry Sorbet
  • Fresh orange juice
 

Preparation

In a tall cocktail glass, pour the juice of half a freshly-squeezed orange, a spoonful of Rachelli Demeter Raspberry Sorbet and top up with the grapefruit juice. Decorate as you prefer with cocktail umbrellas or cocktail cherries. An extravagant, well-balanced flavour!

 

3 – Fruit ice mix

 

Ingredients

  • Pineapple juice
  • Strawberry concentrate
  • Rachelli Demeter Mango Sorbet
  • Pineapple
  • Passion fruit
  • Pineapple slices and mint leaves for decoration
 

Preparation

Pour about 750ml of well-chilled pineapple juice into a jug and add pineapple cut into little pieces beforehand. Add two or three spoonfuls of Rachelli Demeter Mango Sorbet and a couple of spoonfuls of Strawberry concentrate to the juice and refrigerate for an hour or two. Just prior to serving, remove from the refrigerator, add 100ml of chilled sparkling water and mix well. Pour into cocktail glasses, add the flesh of half a passion fruit and decorate the drinks with pineapple slices and mint leaves. A really marvellous thirst quencher!
