Chocolate 100 g
A special ice cream made with "hay milk", cream and raw brown sugar all biodynamic with the addition of delicious dark chocolate. The peculiarity of the "hay milk" is that it comes from a particular area, the Allgäu, where cows graze freely and eat many varieties of grasses and hay as it once was, and the milk becomes much more aromatic and genuine.
